A Human Resource specialist selected my profile from a famous recruiting website, after a brief phone call, we set up a one to one interview with business unit manager at company headquarter in Milan. Before interview, I was asked to fill out and mail back a company's technical profile template. Interview was basically pinpointed on my résumé and my technical profile. Business manager was also particularly interested in my English knowledge, my teamwork aptitude and my availability to business trips.
