Went through a lengthy interview process with this company, including HR, Senior HR, Assessment Center, and a partner interview. However, they left me hanging for two months before requesting yet another partner interview, followed by another month of waiting. Ultimately, I was rejected due to visa issues. This experience was disappointing as an international student in London. I hope the HR team takes my feedback seriously and improves their process by addressing visa concerns earlier. If they cannot sponsor or allow self-sponsored graduate visas, they should clarify this in the initial stages to avoid wasting candidates' time. I advise fellow international students to be cautious and consider other options when dealing with this company.

First interview was a group (15 people) interview which focused on explaining about Alten and the role. We were asked to introduce ourselves including why Alten and later on to imagine you are creating your own engineering tech consultancy.
