Processo mal strutturato, le competenze non vengono nemmeno testate. Forte disorganizzazione complessiva, gli impegni non vengono mantenuti e si ha la sensazione che la società non sia capace di inserire le proprie risorse negli ambiti cruciali dei progetti

Descrivere i modi tipici del volo (Dutch roll mode, phugoid mode, short period..)
Colloquio conoscitivo sostenuto telefonicamente. Mi è stato chiesto il mio background accademico e lavoratovivo e mi è stato chiesto a quali posizioni e settori fossi interessato, oltre che la disponibilità alla mobilità territoriale.
Processus long, il y a eu un oubli de ma candidature et pas de projet apparent au cours des processus de l’entretien. A éviter de mon point de vue. Mais sinon un bon comportement lors des entretiens

The first round interview on teams, I have to introduce myself and talking about my working experience.
Then the interviewer will introduce what their business doing and the requirement of interviewee.
