Applied through Alten website, I received a call asking for a date and time for schedule a face to face meeting in their offices with a Project Manager. The talk was initially focused on my academics records and work experiences. We talk about on my expectation and salary requirements. After that, he exposes the philosophy of Alten group and the following steps to the hiring. It was a very easy interview with few basic technical questions. I clear this step and now I'm waiting to schedule the next interview (which should be more technical) with the client.

- Some technicalities on Control Theory but nothing really difficult.
- They asked if I never worked with Model Predictive Control.
- Other simple question on Matlab/Simulink and basic programming languages, such as C.

There were 3 rounds.
First round is with Business manager. It was easy
Second round with technical team. Explained previous projects and some technical questions.
Third round with department head.

I was contacted by the recruiter and had 1st round of interview with the Manager regarding my experience and expectation . After that I had to give an online technical test and a technical interview of 1 hour . Interview process was easy and I was offered a position . Main problem came when I paid for my visa application and my visa got rejected . I was supposed to be reimbursed for the amount I spent but all of a sudden everyone stopped responding when I try to contact them . Seriously I am disappointed at how the company behaved after my visa got rejected specially when the reason was something in their own contract .

Entretien
Premier contact pour présenter son parcours et remplir le long dossier de compétences, en gros s'inscrire sur le système afin qu'ils puissent vous vendre. Après viennent les offres qui ne sont quasiment pas en adaptation avec le profil et/ou parcours, ils offrent plus les trous à combler, et après une présentation très synthétique de la mission (parfois la personne qui présente ne sait même pas les objectifs de la mission), ils font une proposition salariale qui est très basse par rapport au marché.
