In totaal drie gesprekken gehad op twee verschillende dagen. De eerste dag was er een met HR om te laten zien wie Alten is en om te kijken wie jij bent. Als dit goed verloopt is er een tweede dag met twee technische gesprekken en een assesment. De assesment zat tussen de gesprekken in en werd meteen besproken.

First round fit interview with a business manager, also allowing ample time for questions about Alten as well as a short presentation on the career prospects with the company, Second round was a Python test, with discussion afterwards. Both lasted approximately an hour. Finally, a short reflection with a second business manager after which I received an offer. If unfamiliar with C++, you will be asked to participate in an in-house course upon accepting the offer. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
