Applied through employee referral program at Alstom Bangalore, Bagmane TP (HP Building). In total there were 4 rounds. 1) Telephonic technical discussion about my profile. Since I was from railways software engineering/testing domain, this round was pretty easy. General questions about railways, software engineering and what I have done previously. 45 mins. 2) I was called for F2F. There were 2 rounds here. One with team lead. It was purely technical round. 2nd round here was with Managerial. It was about organisation structures and getting to know about the candidate. Manager was more focused on getting to know weather the candidate will be stable or will be looking to switch once he/she moves into this. 3. HR Round and Salary Negotiation. I would say interview was towards average to difficult side. It was not easy and very good questions were asked. I am writing this review on behalf of my friend.
