Question 1
How would you deal with the following situation: your teammate and you are working on the same project and your colleague is running behind, with the deadline approaching. How would you approach this scenario?
One face-to-face interview with HR with basic questions about my previous experience, what motivates me, etc. Then a second interview with the Manager and Team Leader about more specific previous experience related topics, technical knowledge, etc. No test.
