The interview process was quite pleasant. The management team not only focused on my skillset, but made sure to get a feel of my personality to see if I would be a good addition to their team. They reviewed my resume, and took the time to explain the details of the position. I felt that they were very honest about what would be expected from me if I were to work there, and they were also honest about what I should expect while holding the position. They did not sugar coat anything, and kept the process clear and concise.

Interview was quite informal, standard interview questions about skills and experience etc. This lasted about 20 minutes, then they gave me a big tour of the labs which I really enjoyed. People were very friendly and it was a nice environment. Unfortunately this whole process was spoiled by the fact they never contacted me again. I sent multiple follow-up emails and I got absolutely no response. Very disappointing and rude
