Very relax and calm atmosphere, fun questions that could lighten up the mood, role play questions as well to sell a specific product. Also ask a lot of questions sleeping rejection when making sales.
they were nice and made me feel like I had the job, but then I got rejected. some of the people I talked to were a little cold. they basically offered me the job and when they called to give criticism they had none. just positive feedback followed by rejection.

Phone screening with recruiter, an interview prep call, an in-person interview with 3 different managers. It's takes a couple of hours to go through but all managers were easy to talk with, down to Earth and welcoming. The recruiter was a massive Rockstar with this process. The initial phone screen was full of great questions to ensure they were bringing in the right people. The interview prep was great too. Gave specifics of what needed to be done to have a good interview overall.
