The interview process was very interesting. It was the typical interview where you're in a room and people come in. Three out of four of my interviewers were male and one kept rubbing his pen around his mouth and licking his lips, it just didn't seem right. The questions were simple enough but could be delivered very concededly

Efficient. A few rounds. All nice people to speak with who seem to care about the conversation. There was no point in which I was left waiting for response that didn’t seem reasonable, unlike many other companies. Ultimately received an offer but declined due to more competitive remote flexibility I saw at all other sales and recruiting firms. Their model
Seems very outdated
Informal, conversational, and they really just want to see if you're the type of person that they can convince to work 80+ hours a week for minimal pay to bolster the portfolios of the account executives.

I enjoyed the interview process because I met with 3 people separately for 30 minutes. Although at the end I found myself running out of things to say and feeling repetitive .
