The hiring manager dove in head first into my background and did not do a proper intro into the company, their services and the role. She then began asking questions like how their product could've helped me in my past projects. She was of the type that expects everyone to know everything and won't offer any help until specifically asked. She then proceeded to ask questions like what I find so unique or special about their software.

Several rounds of interviews, started with the overall operations manager, then hiring manager (who was inexperienced as a manager), then director, and VP. Finished with a simulated task/test that took about 8 hours of preparation offline, plus to preparation meetings.
