It was smooth and positive. I had a bunch of experience which I talked about during the interview. There also were situational questions. The interview lasted for atleast 20 to 30 minutes and ended on a good nite.
I was recruited from another job while working in the same location, Interview with store and district manager, application and resume review, selling floor shadow and interview, and reference check.

Just dress nice and be exciting. They like to see fashionable people who can communicate well with others, especially strangers because thats what you’ll do on the job every day.
