I applied through job portal and I had an employee referral. The recruiter reached out the next day to schedule a call. Very nice and polite during the interview. It was a standard hr interview. I also followed up afterward to clarify some points I thought might not have made clear but got no response. I did not make it further due to the "lack of relevant experience" (I was in the career transition).
