Worst interview process ever! After 4 hours I never received a phone call to say they went with someone else. Just a generic email. Don’t waste your time with ALDI!

Some personal questions that had nothing to do with my job were asked towards the end of the interview so they already had in mind they didn’t want to hire me so I’m confused why they asked some personal questions.

After submitting my application, I received an email from a recruiter to schedule a 30 minute phone screen interview. After this, I was told to reach back out in 2 months. After reaching out 2-3 times after that, I never heard back from the recruiter.

I had a 30 min phone screen and they invited me for a group interview at the end of the call. The group interview was online and I was asked 8 questions along with another candidate.
