The initial application is pretty simple, questions such as what do you know about Aldi and it's marketing structure...nothing a little look on google can't help you with. I myself have a legal background so the business questions were foreign jargon to me. However, market research into the company, their market position, competitors and internal business structure got me through that part of the interview stages. The online tests were difficult. Very limited time to answer not so easy questions. A mistake I made was trying to figure out the answer for too long and having the time expire. If you don't know the answer, click anything and move on as clicking nothing and thinking that you will have time to return is very optimistic. Then the video interview. The questions have been illustrated correctly by someone on here. I cannot remember them all but the process involves having ten second to read the question, then roughly 20 - 60 seconds to answer it. I am now in the final stage of the process so cannot comment as to an offer. I will be sure to add to this once I have completed the group assessment.
