Entretien
After submitting the application, the next round is psychometric tests for numerical reasoning and logic. I googled some practice tests beforehand, so after doing 5 or so practice ones, I found the actual assessment fairly easy. Then there was the personality test, this was easy as I'm not a psycho! Then there was the video interview. This was the most nerve-wracking as you didn't know the questions in advance. However if you google typical questions you can prepare. Then there was the group interview, followed by the individual interview on the same day. TIP: be really familiar with the product brand names. I had researched all about the company etc, but it skipped my mind to learn what their brand of cheese was called. Opps.

The group interview was group problem solving activities etc. The individual interview was just the usual types of questions.
In depth group interview where you learn about Aldi. You'll likely need to know your favourite product and why, why you want to be selected for the graduate program and will be asked to perform a group task that analyses store performance and where to allocate resources.

Really poor. Felt like they were trying to catch you out. Environment felt very toxic. While they dangle carrot of perks of the role, it seems progression doesn’t happen and expected hours are unfair.
