I applied about two months before I ever heard back from the company. Once you receive a call for an interview, you schedule a time for an interview. We sat in the office at my store with the general manager of the district and discussed my application and my previous job and volunteer experience. The questions were all very standard. They started by asking generally about myself and then asked general interview questions such as strengths and weaknesses and so on. In about a week I received another call saying they would like to have a second interview. When I went in for the second interview they offered my the job and we discussed getting a drug test and the following steps I would need to take. After passing the drug test I had to complete a paperwork session and then I was about to start the training program.

It was pretty simple. All you had to do was be professional and talk about your experiences. All I would have to say is try out and be yourself. The managers love employees with a smile and can be professional

The interview went well. The process was straightforward and was not intimidated whatsoever. Was felt at ease. No nerves or anything. I had prepared well but there was nothing to worry about. It was not intimidating
