Group interview. Store tour. Walking in freezers and seeing work areas. They want to ensure you will be able to lift and stock and not just run the register. Light cleaning.

Multiple rounds. Wanted to get to know you and make sure you were comfortable working early and long hours with little break or rest. Also wanted to make sure I could work holidays.
