One to one initial interview and then Aldi experience on a different day - one to one with Aldi store manager. This involved further questions and walk around the store.

Question 1
How flexible you are and prepared to work early and late shifts.
Very easy interview process. I had a group interview and tour of the building. Then we did a one on one interview that lasted only a couple minutes to go over availability.

Questions were very peculiar,
“what is your interpretation of ALDI?”
“when you think if ALDI, what product comes to mind?”
“What is ALDI’s place in world”
Guy was nice but the questions were very unique.
