I passed the online application and then went on to the video stage, which was 4/5 questions which would have been fine however for about 2 of them they give you a bit of time to think what to say, yet only 30 seconds to say it! Which if anyone knows an in depth customer service answer- this is not possible in such short time, and then it cuts off without letting you re-do or watch back the video.

Entretien
It was a group interview with five people. We were brought into a room and interviewed one by one. The manager was really nice but only wanted three employees and people who could work hard hours and take out stock.

It was terrible. You have 14 people waiting around waiting for a group interview. We were given a tour of the store by a DM that hated her 2 employees and seemed to be a sociopath, There was a 3 minute time
allocated for your interview and she had not read a single resume. What are you going to say? Run away!

Entretien
First got a call to come into store to complete a group interview with around 4-5 people followed by a one on one interview with the area manager and then a short meeting with the store manager.

General questions such as what you do currently as well as behavioral and situational questions. The questions were just to gauge whether youd be a fit for the role and whether youd fit within the Aldi culture.
