The interview is not terribly difficult. They pull you into a room and from there it is pretty much a standard interview. It definitely focuses a lot more on soft skills than your overall knowledge.
Through my university recruiting database. One on one chat with the company to introduce myself and get to hear more about the program offerings. It was quick, easy and painless. Informal conversation with a really nice guy.

Entretien
The interview was really a discussion about my resume. Very laid back and easy. The guy kept saying I was involved in so much more than he ever was in college, but then I did not get a second interview. It did not make sense to me. I believe, I did not fit into their company culture of being dull and simple.
