Entretien
Two on-line tests - asking what you viewed as the worst option and what was the best option. The second test gave situations in store and gave you four options of how you would act. Then you filled in the application form. If you get through this stage you then have a video interview - no-one at the other end but you have limited time to think of your answer to 5 questions and then a limited time to answer. If you pass this stage you then get invited to an individual assessment of 20 minutes in store - this I have yet to complete.

Describe a time you were under pressure and what you did to make things go smoothly.
A lot of Questions so it wasn't easy, but for someone with experience quite okay. Could recommend. Management and area were super nice and professional. Try not to say any stupid things.

Introduction about the role and asking some questions about how do I fit into the role. Then explaining which will be better whether Im elected for the role or not. then suggested some other roles that I can fulfill.

Entretien
Laid back and non invasive. Big pressure on efficiency and numbers etc. Two senior leaders there on the day. Overall positive. Can be daunting to the untrained eye. Would recommend
