Entretien
Firstly I had to submit a resume and selection criteria online, then I was selected for a video interview using Vieple. I had two minutes to answer each question. After this I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager which went for one hour. Then I had to do psychometric testing including four tests: numeracy, literacy/comprehension, logic and personality. The hiring manager told me that candidates had to achieve a score of at least 50% in each test to pass. These were a lot harder than any practice tests I had done. On passing the psychometric testing, there was then a take-home exam in which you had to demonstrate your analysis and report writing skills. Finally, there was an interview with the Director.

What do you do in your spare time? What was most difficult about interacting with your last manager and how did you handle this? What has been your biggest achievement in life? Talk about a time when you have overcome obstacles to achieve something. What are your salary expectations? Are you happy with this being a 12 month contract role and why?
Really impressed with company mission and culture, would be a great place to work! Phone interviews with internal talent aq followed by video interview with the hiring manager. I ultimately did not receive an offer, but received very positive feedback from my lead talent aq specialist.
Vorstellung aller im Gespräch, dann wurden mir Fragen gestellt und am Ende durfte ich alle fragen stellen. Das Gespräch war sehr freundlich und hat mir einen guten Überblick gegeben über den Job.
This was a very extensive and intense interview process. The process was also confusing as the recruiter was not really recruiting and she completed the benefits/comp information well before the interviews were final. All 4 interviews consisted of one hour of STAR questions. After these 4 interviews, plus multiple emails and an employee referral, I received an automated message saying they were moving on with other candidates and no personal reach out. Ghosting a candidate that far in the process is disappointing and therefore, I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
