Entretien
Went to a hiring event in the area. I was called back a few days later to meet with the DM, this interview was very casual. Called back a second time to meet with an SM, again very casual and quick. I was then called back a third time to meet with the DM again. I had applied for the MT program and never once expressed interest in becoming a shift manager, but that was the job I was offered. I was disappointed. If they didn't think I qualified to be in the MT program, say that from the get-go.

Relatively long for a retail job but easy if you know what you offer the company (stock management, people management) 4 stages starting with 1 video interview , and 3 interviews with different area managers and store manager. Each one basically the same

I thought the video interview process was not adequate. I understand they must get many graduates trying to get jobs this said it was not an optimised structure. There was not enough time to develop answers

hard, but broad questions when given the question only had 5 seconds to think of how to reply. for a university student one asked for when you showed independence which I thought was hard to stand out because everyone can say going to university living on their own gave them independence
