In store meeting with District Manager, another interview with another DM and previous DM and final interview to the district office to meet with the district HR for interview. It was the usual retail interview questions. The interviews were very personable and relaxed. They made you comfortable and did talk about your personal life and not all business.

What qualifies me for this position? What positive things would I bring to the store and company? What are my hobbies and asked about my family. Questions on customer service, merchandising and working with fellow employees.
Colloquio informale e piacevole. È stato condotto da un' area manager che mi ha subito messo a mio agio, mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente le mansioni e il ruolo. Per me è stata un' esperienza molto positiva.

Colloquio unico, svolto di persona con l'area manager all'interno del punto vendita. I toni sono stati abbastanza informali ed è stata descritta la mansione in maniera dettagliata.
Mi è stato chiesto di parlare di me e se conoscevo le attività che avrei svolto nel ruolo di manager in training.

Colloquio positivo con persone competenti, possibilità di carriera affidate anche ai più giovani. Difficoltà nella media con domande incentrate sul ruolo da ricoprire. Durata di almeno mezza ora, si parte con una breve descrizione del candidato e di cosa fa nella vita.
