J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Oswestry, England) en mai 2016
Entretien
My Group Assesment was an hour long at a local store. I arrived waited for about 10mins then a Manager came and took 3 of us to a room through a canteen (very unprofessionally done) we were presented with two tests one maths and one multiple choice about situations that were relevant to the role we applied for. Aldi really need to look at their recruitment process as it is so long winded and very immature. I had put a lot of effort into revising to tell them what I Know but didn't get the chance. He then said he had to go after discussing are results. I was given the impression it was Boring Company who were slave drivers, and to work their you must be a walk over
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What's the biggest wastage in Store? Asked about the answers we had put on the sheet
Started as a group where we were educated on the history and benefits about working at ALDI, and were asked what we think working at ALDI is like. Seemed like a good company with fair pay. The individual interview itself only asked availability.
I was first givwn the opportunity to join a group assessment, which I passed. I was then asked to attend a face-to-face interview, in-store but the manager did not come into work that day and I was asked to rearrange the interview after waiting for over an hour. Another applicant also turned uo and waited 30 minutes after I arrived
