Entretien
I had applied online and got a letter in the post offering me an interview a couple of weeks later. I did the group interview but unfortunately was not offered a subsequent interview. It was quite an enjoyable interview, felt low pressure because it was in a group. You do have to do some individual sum questions so brush up on your primary school maths. And Aldi will reimburse your travel expenses, which I thought was nice of them.

Question 1
Part of the group interview was a survival exercise, ours was a bush fire. If you are in this situation and have an idea that has not been suggested (e.g. "full length clothes are most important owing to radiating heat") be sure and say it and try convince the group to prioritise your thing. The exercise isn't to prove you would actually survive the situation, it's just to show how you can convince others to see things your way.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
