Group interview first stage. Pretty stereotypical really.
However absolutely no communication after the fact until 3 months later when you receive a ‘the role has been filled but we will keep you on record’
A friend completed the stages and got the job, there are at least 5 rounds all as pointless as each other

I will be contacted by a recruiter and a date will be set up and I may have a few interviews that may have more than one person and if I am right for the position they will ask when I would like to start after I do onboarding and a few other things
The interview process was a lot for a simple position. I think one interview is enough for this kind of position. I think two interviews waste people’s time. I also had to wait a while in line before I could talk to the manager
Sit down interview with the store manager and the district manager. Very normal interview questions. Dress professionally. Act like you care about the job and company. To really secure it mention that you're open to working in leadership/mgmt position in future.
