Mental Maths and Sequence, Personality test, Tape Videos, Phone screen, didn't get to the final round. The Mental Maths is not so hard but the Sequence is really hard. Didn't know how to pass the personality test, the questions are weird, just to answer yourselves. Videos interview is not so hard. Phone screen is both about behavioral questions and technical questions.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
