I applied online. After one month I received an interview. The first round was a codepair with a member of the quant team. The interviewer went over my resume and then asked coding questions.

It started off with a HackerRank coding assessment followed by a quiz where I was asked to record myself answering a series of behavioral and mathematics questions (linear algebra, probability, etc.)

The first step in the recruitment process was to complete a coding challenge through one of their testing partners. In my case, it was HackerRank and I had the choice to complete the test in either Python or C++.
