Started with an online math test, just mental math and sequences. This was relatively easy and straight forward compared to similar companies. Then they had a behavioral test, which seemed very odd. It was a personality test rather than an interview with behavioral questions. I don't understand why they would do that instead of just normal behaviorals, left me with a bad outlook on the company. Did not make it past this round and did not really want to either, I guess my Myers-Briggs type is not compatible with their company.

Question 1
Math test was just mental math and sequences. The behavioral aspect was a very long test just about how you perceive yourself, similar to Myers-Briggs.

Currently done till personality test. Just be yourself and it should be fine if you're really carved out for the position imo. Waiting to get done with the one side interview now.
The interview process was quite different to others I had experienced. It was very no nonsense straight into the technical questions without much introduction. Overall a good but from personal experience different process
