This was for the User Interface (C#, Java) role. I applied on July 8 and received the Hackerrank assessment on July 22. The OA consisted of 10 MCQs on CS fundamentals and 3 coding questions which I answered in Java. The coding questions were on String manipulations. After giving the OA, I received an invitation for a phone interview on Aug 24. I gave the interview on Aug 31. I was asked DS and algo questions along with OS and Computer Network questions. I was also asked 1 coding question on base conversion. The interview was supposed to be for 45 mins but got extended to 75 mins. I received a rejection after 1 week.

All the interviewers I talked to were disinterested to a point where they were downright rude. With trading being a competitive industry, if they can't even find interviewers with a hint of enthusiasm for their company I'm not sure how they can convince anyone to join them.
OAs are tough, but if you can get most of the tests to pass you'll get a phone screen I think. It might take a long time to schedule, but phone screens have coding (not LC) or just CS fundamentals trivia depending on the team.
