30 minutes phone call with a trader divided in 4 parts. First, behavioural and motivational questions. Second, probability-based games with expected value. Third, fire mental math questions. Fourth, time to ask questions to the trader. No financial knowledge needed.

Despite suffering from a mental illness and requiring accommodation l was given a mental test on Math and sequences. This was the worst test l have ever had. I do not believe in the effectiveness of the tests because of their discriminatory nature. Before you jump to any conclusions about my abilities, you should know the following : I have three patents and have published more than five mathematical papers on group theory and l am a Mensa member. I recommend a more holistic approach to hiring interns. You learn very little about a person from a random mental test. Are you hiring number churners !!
