I applied through campus career portal(I-link). Then got a email telling me to take several tests. First is mental math test and sequence test. They are all fine. But did not pass the personality test.

Simple division and multiplication without calculator. Identifying the next number of a sequence.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
