About a month after applying on their website I received an automated email asking me to participate in a HackerRank assesment where I had to write a program that parses exchange messages. After spending about 8 hours on it, and submitting a quality product, I received another automated email saying I wasn't selected. Very unprofessional process. You'd think if they expect you to spend your own time on a coding project they'd at-least have the professionalism to contact you personally instead of with an automated rejection email.

They ask difficult questions but, given the role they seemed fair. They are painfully slow about the process and I wasn't able to attend the final round interview due to a job deadline I had informed them about, which I had to commit to since they did not reach back soon enough. Later they informed me they'd like to continue but it was too late lol.
