Met with me 5 times and had me interview with a total of 7 people, tour 2 plants, gave very promising reviews at each step only to reject in the end on the basis of not having enough relevant technical experience. This should have been clear after the first round! I should have trusted ALL the reviews I saw on Glassdoor. I was sceptical no doubt but I gave them the benefit of doubt and let them waste so much of my time. It's a family owned business with no structure, no values or ethics or systems. I'm glad that the interview provided me that insight beforehand. No regrets now.
