Entretien
1) Initial phone call first with Ash the director, mainly talked about my current situation and what I was looking for. The most genuine approach I'd had.
2) Then a face to face meeting with Ash and talked in further detail about the opportunity.
3) Presentation, work trial, met the team, went for a drink with the team.
Then an offer :)
