found job posted on linked-in, the corporate recruiter contacted me by phone and asked me a series of screening and background questions, got a call for an interview with 2 ladies, interview lasted for about 40 minutes. Really enjoyed the personalities of the ladies who interviewed with me as one was definitely an analyst and was able to relate to many of the things I had done in my career, as well as, how I would tackle certain situations related to implementation.

Entretien
Screening phone interview with HR, then 1 in person panel interview with the manager, the director and later the VP. A pleasant and very smart local team. The interview questions were not for the faint of heart, definitely on the harder end of the scale. A statistics and logic test was administered as well.
I received an offer, but not a legal employment contract or specifics of the benefits, etc, which was rather odd (it was to be given and signed once the person starts work). It made the evaluation of the entire package rather difficult. There were discrepancies between the verbal offer and the written offer. HR came across as coercive and unprofessional in the negotiation process.

A lot of questions pertaining very specifically to their business and company, some of which I'd consider proprietary and difficult to gauge coming from the outside.

You'll go through a few rounds depending on the department you're going into. Usually HR first. Once past that phase you may be part of a group interview session consisting of lateral peers and managers.
