I was contacted by the recruiter and was told to come in for an interview a couple days later. It was fairly odd, because the interviewer took virtually most of the time during the process "providing his resource of experience" to me about how I should market myself to the companies he would introduce me to. In varied from what sort of role he sees me more marketable at, what sort of technology to focus to be more marketable, etc.

It was a terrible process. Very unprofessional. The place seems like an MLM. I had a recruiter based in Chicago contact me, he was very unprofessional, called me at night and pressured to attend an interview the next day. The interview was with some cloud director in Denver. He was rude and spent the whole time talking about himself.
