Very disappointing experience, especially for a company in the HR space. The interviewer showed a clear lack of understanding of the difference between UI and UX, repeatedly asking for UI examples while I was already presenting them and explaining my work. The interview felt unstructured, with repeated questions (e.g. about working independently) despite clear answers. Additionally, I was asked intrusive questions about my personal relocation situation, which were not relevant to the role. Overall, I was surprised by the low level of professionalism and domain knowledge, as I would expect much more from an HR-focused company.
