Group interview with people from varied work backgrounds. Felt a bit strange as you're not sure if you're meant to compete or work together. It started with a company induction then questions, a quiz about AIA and retail insurance (which you play via your smart phone with a leader board). After you're broken into small groups and participated in "speed dating" with the claims team leaders (who had been watching us the whole time)- this wasn't structured and was quite awkward. You would find yourself repeating yourself every time you met a new team leader. After this they gave everyone a case study and test to see their technical skills.
