The first interview was conducted by an interviewer from Hong Kong. The conversation mainly focused on technical questions related to my experience with application control processes. Overall, the interview was smooth, and the questions were relevant to my past work experience. The second interview was with a representative from AIA Shared Services in Malaysia. The interviewer was friendly and took the time to explain details about the services. There weren’t many questions asked during this stage, as the conversation seemed more informational.
