During the selection process, you will have an initial meeting with your immediate reporting manager and district leader, followed by a final round with the company's internal HR or BDM. The overall process was exceptionally seamless, with the exam being the most challenging aspect. If you successfully pass the exam, nothing will hinder you from becoming a financial service consultant.

Met with the boss in the office and did a personality test. Afterwards, they sent me for the exams. Should be an easy process overall and the interviewer was very welcoming.
