It was thorough and well planned. I was interviewed 4 times before a decision was made. Each interview lasted from 1-2 hours and was done at my convenience. I initially met with the CEO, as he was to be direct supervisor and he targeted the role that he expected me to fill and I then met with the board of directors who had the opportunity to question me from an investors perspective as to how I would relate and contribute directly to the bottom line.
