Panel with a peer and managers. It was a fun interview and everyone was super relaxed. They were transparent. They are outsourcing jobs, but I would have a large team locally.

3 Interviews, Initial screening + Interview with Hiring Manager + Team Interview. The process wasn't bad and the communication was on point. The team interview was with 4 or 5 members on the team and was a roundtable discussion to gauge team fit.

1. Phone interview with the recruiter
2. Phone interview with the hiring manager
3. Skills assessment. I created a status report based on a detailed project management scenario
4. In person interviews with 4 team members (mix of management and peers)
