Basic, adhoc and unorganized. i.e seemed spur of the moment. Interviewers attitude was low energy extremely casual and lackadazical almost like someone made them do the interview. I found this suprising for a high profile position. They sent me a test and requested 2 months worth of work for free! And wanted it in a week! Full game design with art, symbols animation and top screen. Ridiculous. Cleary the person requesting the test knew little about art and production times. I agreed to do about 4 days worth of work. After submitting I heard nothing back for a couple of weeks. When I requested a follow up they said great job, but sorry HR had already hired someone before they evaluated the test because they were on vacation. So I did 4 days worth of work for nothing. About as unprofessional as it gets!
