The interview process had three phases. A webinar with the Hiring Specialist, a webinar with a member of the L&C team, and one FaceTime interview with the Director of L&C followed by completion of a personality and skills assessment.

Application includes screening questions. Contacted for a first round interview over the phone with a hiring specialist, then waited for a response, which only came after sending a follow-up email. Then invited for a second round interview via video chat with the director of leasing and collections. Did not get invited for the third round interview after explaining why my credit score was not above 600.
