The recruitment process started with shortlisting candidates based on academic performance, including 10th, 12th, Diploma, Bachelor's, and Master's results.
Shortlisted candidates were invited to an online aptitude/technical assessment. The examination was conducted under strict proctoring conditions. Two cameras were mandatory: the laptop webcam and a mobile phone camera positioned to monitor the candidate's workspace, screen, keyboard, and movements. The mobile camera remained connected through Google Meet, where technical staff monitored a small group of candidates throughout the test.
After the assessment, a limited number of candidates were shortlisted for interviews.
The first round was a technical interview lasting approximately one hour. The discussion focused primarily on construction site execution, project planning, site management procedures, safety practices, quality control, resource management, and practical construction scenarios. The interview was challenging and detail-oriented, with significant emphasis on real-world site knowledge rather than purely academic or structural design concepts.
Candidates who cleared the technical round proceeded to an HR interview of around 45 minutes. This round focused on personality, career goals, educational background, strengths and weaknesses, personal experiences, and overall suitability for the organization.
