Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and organised. I appreciated the clear communication.The interviewers were very approachable, which made it easy to discuss my experience openly and honestly. While physical presence and vigilance are important in many AETOS roles, such as security officers and patrol units, the work also requires strong observation skills, the ability to follow procedures meticulously, and effective communication skills to interact with the public and report incidents accurately.

Entretien
The recruiter will ask you some simple questions. Those questions are the common questions which will be asked during interview. The duration of the interview won't be too long and most of the time are telling you the pay structure and benefits of the company.
