It was a two part interview.
The first call was a screening call with the department manager overseeing the Chicago water group. Second interview was in person where I was interviewed by the hiring manager as well as a separate group.

Normal process, started with a phone interview then in person interview. Was offered the position but declined due to logistics. Seemed like a good position working alongside kind people. I would consider applying again in the future.
